Hi sir My brother is suffering with thyrroid he went abroad for labour job . After coming t0 home we done all tests in ultra sound qe found grade 1 renal parenchymal .and creatit ine is 0.12 blood urea is 12. And my father presently undergoing dialysis. And for my brother will it leads to ckd sir kindly suggest. We asked nephrologist for this they said dont worry. Clarify sir. In first ultra sound they gave report as a bulky kidneys AKI . After using medicines for 7days we went for another ultra soung they gave report as a grade 1 parechymal .

Don't worry , grade 1 parenchymal changes in the kidney is not an emergency condition. Needs regular follow up with ultrasound and S. Creatinine. Consultation of nephrologist is required regularly.
