Previous USG June 2019 :- Prostate is enlqrged measuring 46×47×43mm and weight 48 Gms.POST VOID URINE RESEDUAL 112CC.
Current USG May 2021:- GRADE 1PROSTATOMEGALY WITH MEDIAN LOBE ENLARGEMENT measuring 38×38×44mm weight 33gms.POST VOID URINE RESEDUAL 111CC.
Advised Silodosin 8 and taking since last 5 days.
Feeling good except RBC 4 in urine. As per doctor it is due to enlarged prostate and will resolve in a week or so.
Need to know :-
1. If RBC serious.
2. If there is any improvements as compared to 2019 USG.

RBC can be due to prostate or many more reasons. Improvement is depend upon your symptoms.
