I got my periods on 8th Feb..... And now again on 23th I got period again but it's not like bleeding,, little blood but dark colour blood.... And stomach is little paining... I m concern

Causes if irregular bleeding cn be pregnancy ,polyp , ovarian cysts , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance etc. Do a urine pregnancy test and an ultrasound pelvis as initial investigation
