Got my ankle injured after falling
I got my ankle injured after falling from almost a feet height. there was big swelling on the first day which reducesd to almost 20 percent today. there is little swelling left downside the ankle and it passed 25 days and swelling is reducing slowly. there is not much pain but minor pain on bending the toe in forward direction. i had still carried out the xray please look at the x ray and indicate for there is a bone injury or just ligament injury. i walk 3 kms daily without experiencing any pain.

Well, it looks like you have no bony injury but ankle sprain. It will take about 6-8 weeks to heal. Meanwhile use an elastic anklet while walking and avoid anything that gives pain. Dr shrenik shah www.eswtindia.com

Your x ray seems fine ...it is ligaments sprain only I would advice walk little less and do isometric exercise and u can plan for ultrasonic therapy too....crepe bandage or ankle binder will help.
