If you were hit on the right side of your head while playing badminton but have no headache, no dizziness, no loss of consciousness, no nausea, and no visible wound or swelling, then it is likely a minor impact and no immediate treatment is required. However, please watch for red flag symptoms over the next 24–48 hours: Persistent headache Vomiting Drowsiness or confusion Blurred vision Imbalance or weakness If any of these occur, consult a doctor immediately. For now, rest and observation should be sufficient. For consultation, connect with me on Practo for video consultations. For WhatsApp queries only: Eight Seven Six Two Seven Four Nine Nine Seven Four

If you have no significant symptoms, you need to observe yourself for next 48 hours. You can apply ice pack if there is a local swelling, take any OTC pain reliever if required.

Hello,  I’m sorry to hear about your injury from badminton. Since you’ve mentioned there are no headaches, wounds, or other symptoms like dizziness, nausea, or vision changes, the injury is likely mild. However, it’s important to monitor for any delayed symptoms such as persistent pain, confusion, or vomiting, which would require immediate medical attention.  For now, I recommend:  1. Ice Pack Application: Apply an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to the affected area for 15-20 minutes every few hours for the next 24-48 hours to reduce swelling.  2. Rest: Avoid strenuous activities for the next day or two to allow recovery.  3.Pain Management: Over-the-counter pain relief like paracetamol can be taken if needed, but avoid NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen) unless prescribed, as they may increase bleeding risk.  If you develop any concerning symptoms or if the pain persists beyond a couple of days, please seek further evaluation. For a detailed assessment or personalized advice, you can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** to schedule a consultation.

There is no need to worry as such as this in not a high impact injury If not please look for these warning signs Worst Headache throbbing type Blueing of vision Nausea vomiting Any limb weakness If any of these seek emergency help If not then you can take Tab PCM 650 mg sos for pain
