Before my expected period I have taken postpone tablet as I'm going out of station. There we had an unprotected sex on second day I have taken unwanted 72 pill. After 3days again I have taken another unwanted 72 pill. After 4days I'm spotting brown discharge for 2days and now blood discharge just like my period. I'm not understanding what is going on. My menstrual cycle is 40-45 days.

Why hv you taken so many pills without asking a doctor.all these are hormonal medications and not for usage like this.
Now your menstrual cycle will be totally upset.
Now just wait without taking any further medications for it to become ok on its own
