I had a follicular scan on day 15 which showed three follicles measuring 22 mm, 16 mm, and 16 mm in right ovary. Endometrial thickness is 8.4 mm. However, perifollicular blood flow (PSV) is 8.5, which I understand is on the lower side. Got double trigger shot today.
Are the chances of conception still good in this case, or can low PSV significantly affect egg quality or implantation?
