3 Follicle ruptured on follicular study
Hello doctor, I have taken letrozole from CD5 to CD9 and day 15th left ovary has 3 follicles 16mm in follicular study. And day 17th n study shows that all my follicles got ruptured and free fluid is seen. We have had sex 2 days before ovulation and same day. My doc suggested progynova and duphanston for 14days. I was not getting any pregnancy symptoms so I did pregnancy test on day 32 but came negative and later in a day got mild spotting. I want to know what does it mean whether I am pregnant or not OR I should wait to do another test. I also have irregular periods. Pls help!

If follicles are ruptured and you have regular intercourse, there is chance of pregnancy but the chance is 15% let month. That means out of 100 such women 15 can conceive in one month. Even if you cannot conceive after one month, don't lose hope. You can try the same Medicine for another 3-5 months depending on your age, previous treatment, duration of trying and semen reports. If that fails, you should move to the next stage.

You can do a blood pregnancy test (beta HCG), if it is negative, then there is no pregnancy.  In that case, you can visit your gynaecologist for further management and guidance
