From last few months there is gnawing pain happens when empty stomach consulted few doctors Ultrasound sound is fine. Pain increases when stomach is empty. No blood in motion no vomiting. Increase in appetite

Clinically it appears to be gastritis. Take frequent meals, plenty of oral fluids, plenty of fruits & vegetables. Avoid: addiction, fried/oily spicy food. Take antacid for 3 days. If all these don't work, get a physical consultation - u may need upper G I endoscopy
