She is diabetic. She should consult with a General Physician in your area and get blood sugar levels done before and after each meal. Then a pattern will be seen and her treatment planned.

Her fasting glucose level and post prandial glucose levels are normal.7.2% HBA1C is above normal range.However it is acceptable in elderly persons.you can monitor her glucose levels at home regularly.
