Glutathione treatment

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I'm having hypothyroidism from past 2yrs and I'm taking 12.5mg tab since then. I want to have glutathione treatment for skin whitening. Is it okay to have tablets of glutathione? Healthvit? Pls suggest any. Or if any side effects are there let me know. Thank you
