Mam I'm 19years old at first I was very chubby then I started avoiding food then from last 1 year I have loose my weight but my glow of skin has gone and my skin complexion has become dull please tell me some tips so that I can get my fair complexion back and my glow of skin too. But I want to remain fit as I'm I don't want to loose or gain weight i only want to get my glow nd fair complexion back please help me🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hello - 1st always do weight loss under qualified dietician/ nutritionist - because they are expert in food and nutrition. - if u would have done that today ur skin glow must have maintained - again i will say dont do 2nd mistake contact through practo account for better result and custamised diet plan
