Glass pieces in my head

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I had a accident two days ago on Saturday, there is one cut on my head and numerous of glass pieces are there on my hair and head and even I found it on the cut marks, I just want to confirm any possibility it may go inside, if it is how dangerous is this?
