Looks like Glandular fever. She has swollen lymph nodes, pain was unbearable but now its better, seeing ulcer in mouth since two days, extreme tiredness / weakness. Is it very serious disease? She is in UK currently, should we call her back to India

Glandular fever is not very common. Detailed history is needed, if she is a diabetic etc? Also the type of ulcer etc. Timely evaluation and examination will help in arriving at the diagnosis and right treatment.
