0.5ml of p250 is very small dose. Be careful in future. Consult your doctor before giving any medication to your children. As pediatric medicine doses are as per kg. So have to calculate n give

Hi, 0.5ml of p250 syrup contains 25mg of paracetamol.  If u given this to your 6 months old baby there is no problem. 25mg of paracetamol effect is negligible.
Next Steps
now be tension free and from next time whenever  you are giving medicine just be careful.
Health Tips
Please keep all medications away from kids, sometimes they may consume them accidentally,  unknowingly.
