Given over dose of paracetamol

Asked for Female, 6 Years

Sir I given instead of 1ml given 3ml of paracetamol 125mg by mistake(125mg/1ml) and not given next dose still now baby was ok it's completed 18 hours till now is ok or any problem baby weight is 7 kgs 6 months
