my mom has been paralysed since april 2017 and now she is having a viral fever so can we give her paracetamol(DOLLO 650)
she is 40 years old

There no contraindication to giving paracetamol to paralysed patients unless and otherwise they are allergic to it. Please make your mom consume the medicine in propped up position (sitting position)
