I have to take isotroin 5 capsule once in a week ...for 6 weeks....and 2 weeks has been over...bud since my ear operation is on this wednesday ...and doctor has been giving me some medicines and so I m wondering if I could take isotroin ...or there will be any problem??

Isotretinoin (or isotroin) 5mg is very low dose and you have taken once in a week for 2 weeks so just two capsules of 5 mg . This is actually very low or insignificant dose to cause any issue or even help you with your problem. However we do not recommend Isotroin along with antibiotics like doxycycline,minocycline,norfloxacin,moxifloxacin ,etc(which may be present in ear drops).
So its better you stop isotroin for the duration you are taking other medicines for ear operation as isotroin can also hamper with healing.
