Gettting a severe pain during menstrus

Getting severe pain at the back during menstrus and pain is really unbearable at this time..past 1 year my pain is unbeatable..i dont know why it happesns..im working in chennai..basically im from south side of tamilnadu..i dont know why im getting this pain..and i have a doubt whether that im getting like this pain ??

For pain take painkillers like Meftalspas And get an USG lower abdomen to rule out any pelvic pathology like endometriosis.

Next Steps

USG lower abdomen TVS (transvaginal preferably) but only if u r married or sexually active
