Having severe stomach pain
Feeling pain in stomach from last 7 to 8 days and also having pain in head due to this i don't want to eat anything , feeling weak also. I have done ultrasound report but the in the report there is no problem at all. Still there is unbearable pain oftenly.

Take antacid tablets for stomach pain nd have meals regular at proper intervals
