Hi Doctor,
My skin is little oily. And whenever I eat any SWEET products like chocolates, sweets, ice cream or a simple tea made of sugar, I am getting pimple popped up on my face and its painful. Same happens when I eat outside food as well like pizza or junk food.
Can you please help me what should I do so that I can stop this cycle.
Any blood test if needed.
