Getting out from loss of loved one
I am shalini Barnwal I am a 27years old female ... I did my MBA den got placed then was working in a very reputable company and position It was Dec 2020 when I lost my brother he was 10years younger to me...I didn't only choose my brother I lost the will to live more ... and I willingly left my job on Jan 2021..........As he was the only member in my fmly with whom I was very close to... I don't know whether I am depressed or I need medical guidance as being from a small city taking help from psychiatrist may create humor of me being a mental patients... But I am ready to take any severe medications be it be electrical therapy to get out of it... I don't how how to get out of it ...please help

Hello, We expect grief reaction after the loss of somebody close but if it persists beyond 2 months and is interfering with your daily routine it needs medical attention. visit a psychiatrist and get yourself evaluated.
