Getting Obese day by day
Hi All, I have thyroid n pcod & pcos and since from 3 months I am not getting my periods. I am also not sexually active since from my child birth. I am doing constant night shifts since from Jan 2018 and hence would require a healthy deit plan which I can prepare easily at home n go to office I have a 2 yes old kid and my day starts at 10:30 Am in the morning n ends at 4:00 am morning. Please suggest me a healthy deit plan accordingly. Thanks & Regards, Sabreen

Hi Very hectic schedule Only thing you can do is add more fruits n green vegetable Try to cut carbohydrates from your diet and can add in 2 days or 3 Add protein in your diet like paner or Mong dal but again avoid chapati. With it 4 to 5 litre water a day Try more walk

You should try to have only light homemade food . Eat lots of fruits n veggies except crucifers, soy n dairy products . Avoid sweets junk sodas n outside foods. Eat small potions . Try everyday with different items as poha Dalia idli etc . They are easy to make n healthy . Consult personally for detailed plans .

Its important to follow healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process,there is no quick fix approach . Follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins(dairy,eggs,chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates(white rice,poha etc) & healthy fats(walnuts,almonds etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help.
