What's your height and weight? Dinner Early before 6pm. Walking two times Yoga daily Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods cold drinks chocolates fatty food's and sweets. Drink water 16glasses daily. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.
