Hi.. i am 15 to 20 days away from delivery date. My sugar levels are increasing.
Fbs is 75 and post lunch is fluctuating between 150 and 190.
Taking one metmorfin 500mg as suggested by doctor every day but still same. Pls suggest.

U should stop Metformin and start rapid acting insulin to be taken before meals. Metformin is not approved for use during pregnancy. And good glycemic control is necessary during last 2 weeks of pregnancy to minimize complications.
