  4. Germ fobia. A normal matter please help,

I have a germ fobia, so i often keep thinking about it even i dont want to do so and want to get rid of it, yesterday night i went to the toilet for urination after urination i thought that a little amount of water dash came to touch my penis top, and in this thought i washed my penis again after 4 to 5 minutes, i want to know if the water dash would have touched or have come to my penis, is it possible to get any disease or allergy from if or it is just a normal matter please help, thanks in advance sir
