GERD / acidity reflux
I've acid reflux since past 4 year for which I've taken precautions after awareness and it's reduced to great extent but not cured. I still have to sleep with elevated head sometimes and still get sore throat n pain in ears.

Reflux laryngopharyngitis is a chronic recurrent condition and usually difficult to treat and prevent recurrence. You may need to be on long term anti reflux maintenance therapy along with lifestyle modifications
