Genuine way to lose weight
Hi! I am 34 and my work nature is sedentary. My height is 170 Cm and weight is 94 Kg. No sugar problem, No thyroid issue. I have had word with many weight loss consultants. Some focus on diet and supplememts & some more on exercise but my situation is that my body just cannot take intense workout sessions. There are many weight loss supplements also in market and many companies claim to help reduce weight with no diet change and no exercise, through government authorised ayurvedic medicines. I am very confused where to start from?? Please guide me!

Try for a month only . Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks stay hydrated . Eat more fruits n vegetables daily .. start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

Hello -you Dont need to do intense workout - just do 45 min brisk walk daily be active - follow weight loss diet plan which is balance - avoid eating out and control portion size - drink 3 to 4 lit water - limit salt n sugar intake - if u drink stop that - no need to take supplement if do this supplement is for supportive - u follow this u will get result.
