  4. Gental area pain. Cant hold on anymore?

Hi, im riza i have been feeling severe pain in my genetal area from an age of 14 im 20 right now, i always mistook that for uti and took medications for it and nothing helped i aches down there like stabbing with a needle, even today when i woke up im feeling severe pain and i cant hold on anymore
