Genital warts
I had gone through treatement of genital warts called cautery after 2 month i had seen the area meutus at opening of urethra the only area from where warts grown is reddish with pimple type when i touch it feels itching but no pain i had gone through std test like syphillis that are normal .... i want to ask is it normal and after treatement the skin of affected area reacts like with reddish bump it look different from whole things and one more thing is it meutus wall is red with small blood vessels are both they normal
