Genital boils/warts
I'm having genital boils which appeared starting yesterday and I see lot of them on my penis head and shaft. There's no itching but there some foul smell coming out of my penis. No medication taken as of yet and trying to wash it regularly and keeping it dry. Please suggest medication.
