You can do exercise , like going for a walk atleast 40 min daily, can do meditation and yoga or deep breathing exercise .
Take adequate sleep.
Avoid any substance use like alcohol or tobacco .
Spend time in your hobbies.
If all this doesn't help you then visit a nearby psychiatrist for further evaluation and management.
