I played with a very young kitten, his claws were pretty sharp, I had a ticklish feeling and mild itching post that but he did not scratch my skin or I had no bleeding. Once I came back to home I washed my hands thoroughly with hand wash. Should I be worried. Recently had taken a TT injection 3-4 months ago.

No need to worry, as it might be a reaction by the skin to the kitten nail superficial scratches.
Usually the itching will be similar like when u have a dry skin.
So rest assured, nothing to be worried
