Any vaccine amongst the available ones can be taken with minimal risk. The vaccine does not fully prevent infection by the COVID-19 virus. However it drastically reduces the chances of severe life threatening consequences and death due to COVID-19. So if you contract covid after taking the vaccine, it'll be a mild infection of reduced severity.
