Dear Doctors, From the last few days i having a light pain in both thighs to full legs, and having pain also in arms & hand joints. During lockdown i am having a sedentary lifestyle working infront of the laptop. Is this above symptoms are cause for serious illness or common with sedentary lifestyles.

Its not very serious issue but at the age of 23 u should b very tough. Do regular exercise and also dont sit for longtime infront of laptop. Have healthy diet.
