Oranges and any kind of citrus fruits like grapes , sweet lime , pineapple , strawberries should be avoided and even lemon also . you can eat Banana if there is not cough . Avoid cold liquids . Keep drinking hot liquids like ginger tea , turmeric milk , chew small pieces of ginger also . You can do salt water gargle . You can eat normal Home made food like roti Sanjivani , Dal - Rice . you can drink hot soups part from tomato soup
