Now the day i am taking interest in body fitness because now my body is pale( not very much but some pale compare to normal) i am not jaining any jim because that is very costly for our family and now i am working exercise for 30 min. To 1 hr. But i feels fatigue in few minutes... Although i takes a banana 30 min. before the exercise...
And in my routine>
4 am wake up> fresh> take 1 banana> running after 30 min. Of banana> physical exercise like dibs,push up, reverse push up and biceps as well as triceps exercise> take 1 egg after 1/2 hr> rest/slipe for 1 hr> i goes to hospital for work> after 5hr take lunch> back to home> after 6-8hr take dinner> sleep at 12 to 12:15 am...
