Hello, Seasonal Quality of food ADV Measure temperature with thermometer if it shows above 98.6 than fever is there. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.light diet with least oil n spices. Plenty of liquids like nimupaniwith pinces of salt, coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc. Look it's a free open site but we doc is not allowed to write Medicin as strictly recommend by site team. So CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD as u may need some test or he can able to write Medicin for your COMPLAINT.ok Sorry.
