Measure temperature with thermometer if it shows above 98.6 than fever is there.
Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.light diet with least oil n spices.
Plenty of liquids like nimupaniwith pinces of salt, coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc.
