I experience acidity in my stomach .every time I ate ,air comes out to my mouth. And my urine analysis had a few mucus threads and my blood chem had high total cholesterol and high ldl cholesterol but normal hdl cholesterol. Ive been suffering from back pain amd my feet and hands our tingling

Hello.. Well you are telling me multiple symptoms...Let me start one by one..First for your acidity I would suggest you to take food on time and do not wait till hunger pangs...Secondly increase the water intake to 8 -10 glasses and also frequency of meals..Have less spicy and oily food...Well urine report I would like to see in detail...Do you have complaints of burning urination....You need to start on medication for high cholesterol levels ..Start exercising for atleast 30 kin..Five days a week...Back ache and tingling may be associated with high cholesterol..Thank you..Meet a physician
