General check up. I take, antibiotic?

Sir/Madam, On 27th march I had a panic attack due to heavy hot temperature and for covid19 also, I could not get sleep wellz so went to doctor, he said for anxiety, gave sleeping pills for 2 days, but after some days I was feeling nervous automatically in the evening, chest pain start for nervousness, went to doctor he gave lenozap so I get well but tired of little bit, then I start yoga and pranayam, and also I have a problem of gerd due to sometime I have to take breath from mouth according to consultant, prescribed montac lr abd nexito forte, so I am now well,but little bit cough is there sometime chest feel tight but get normal automatic, sometime I got nervous problem occurs, I am now taking dsr as for gerd problem, but I want to fit of all the symptom, do I need antibiotic if the cough in chest or feeling tight mil due to nervousness, cough is there, I use to gargel with salt water, I gave my eyes and throat pic, kindly suggest what medicine shpuld I take, antibiotic?
