Good that you’ve avoided alcohol and smoking—that’s a strong foundation. About your routine: the only concerning part is the “27 Nescafé coffee packs daily”—if that literally means 27 sachets, that is excessively high caffeine intake and can lead to anxiety, palpitations, sleep disturbance, gastritis, and even worsen headaches or panic symptoms. If you meant 2–3 cups/day, that is generally safe for most adults. From a physician’s perspective, the biggest health gains don’t come from exotic diets—they come from consistency in sleep, movement, and moderation (especially caffeine).
Next Steps
* Clarify and reduce caffeine intake: * Safe limit ≈ 200–300 mg caffeine/day (~2–3 cups of coffee) * If currently high → gradually taper (don’t stop abruptly to avoid withdrawal headaches) * Adopt a basic daily framework: * 7–8 hours sleep * 30–40 min physical activity (walking is fine) * Balanced diet (protein + fiber + healthy fats) * If symptoms present (anxiety, palpitations, headaches): * Consider caffeine as a major trigger and reduce further
Health Tips
* Simple doctor habits that actually work: * Fixed sleep–wake timing (even on weekends) * Early morning sunlight exposure (10–15 min) * Daily movement (not necessarily gym—brisk walking works) * Hydration: 2.5–3 L/day * Diet basics (no extremes): * Add: fruits, nuts, curd, dal, eggs * Reduce: ultra-processed snacks, excess sugar * Caffeine strategy: * Avoid on empty stomach * Avoid after 4–5 PM (protects sleep) * Replace one cup with water or coconut water * Mental health hygiene: * Limit overthinking about symptoms (especially if you’re prone to anxiety loops) ⸻ If you tell me your exact coffee intake and any symptoms you’re experiencing (like palpitations, anxiety, or sleep issues), I can fine-tune a personalized plan—feel free to book a quick online consult and we’ll optimize your routine step by step.

Drinking coffee in moderation is not harmful, but avoid excess coffee and sugary coffee. Take fresh vegetables,  fruits, milk and milk products, nuts, whole grains regularly in diet. Avoid much of fatty, sugary, food. Also do some regular physical exercise and relax adequately.

Hi, thank you for asking. A healthy life usually comes from simple daily habits rather than anything special. I try to maintain regular sleep, balanced meals with enough protein, fruits and vegetables, staying physically active, keeping hydrated, and managing stress. Consistency matters more than perfection. Regarding your coffee, 2 cups of Nescafe daily is generally acceptable for most healthy adults if taken in moderation and if it does not cause acidity, palpitations, anxiety, poor sleep, or elevated blood pressure. The bigger concern is often added sugar or creamers. If you tolerate it well, there may be no need to stop completely, but reducing sugar and avoiding it late in the evening would be better. It is also excellent that you avoid alcohol and smoking, as those choices significantly benefit long-term health. Please continue those habits.
Next Steps
calculate the calories your daily food intake, make sure your BMI is under control
Health Tips
take a balanced meal diet

Hello, It is wonderful to see your commitment to a healthy lifestyle at 25. Here is a look at the daily habits that provide the most significant health benefits, along with advice on your coffee habit. 1. The Coffee Question: Is it Harmful? For most healthy adults, drinking two small cups of coffee (like the Nescafe packs you mentioned) is not harmful and may actually be beneficial. Benefits: Moderate coffee consumption is linked to a lower risk of Type 2 diabetes, certain liver diseases, and even some neurological conditions. The Limit: The general medical consensus is that up to 400mg of caffeine (about 3–4 cups of brewed coffee) per day is safe for most adults. When to Cut Back: You should only consider leaving it if you notice: Difficulty falling asleep at night. Increased heart rate or "palpitations." Feelings of jitteriness or increased anxiety. Acidity or stomach irritation. 2. Daily Habits for a Healthy Life As medical professionals, we often focus on these five pillars of health: Hydration: Aim for 2.5–3 liters of water daily. Often, what we perceive as "tiredness" is actually mild dehydration. The "90/10" Rule in Diet: Try to eat whole, unprocessed foods (grains, pulses, vegetables, fruits) 90% of the time. Allow yourself the other 10% for treats to make the lifestyle sustainable. Physical Activity: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week (like brisk walking) plus two days of muscle-strengthening activity. Sleep Hygiene: Quality sleep is non-negotiable for metabolic and mental health. Aim for 7–8 hours of consistent sleep. Stress Management: Whether it is meditation, a hobby, or simply disconnecting from screens 1 hour before bed, managing cortisol levels is vital. Next Steps (What should the patient do next?) Timing of Coffee: If you choose to keep your coffee habit, try to have your last cup at least 8–10 hours before your planned bedtime to ensure it doesn't interfere with your deep sleep cycles. Balanced Nutrition: Ensure your diet includes enough fiber and protein. Since you've already quit tea, you've removed a major source of tannins which can sometimes interfere with iron absorption. Routine Check-up: Even if you feel perfectly healthy, getting a "baseline" blood report (including Vitamin D, B12, and Lipid profile) once a year is a good practice for men in their 20s. Word of Caution: While coffee itself is fine, be mindful of what you add to it. If those packs are pre-mixed with a high amount of sugar and non-dairy creamer, the "harm" comes from the processed sugar and fats, not the caffeine. If possible, stick to plain coffee with a little milk and minimal sugar.

"It is wonderful to see your commitment to a healthy lifestyle at age 25. Regarding your query, consuming two small packs of Nescafe coffee daily (morning and evening) is generally considered safe and potentially beneficial for most healthy adults. Coffee is rich in antioxidants and can improve focus and metabolic rate. As long as you are not experiencing jitters, acid reflux, or sleep disturbances, there is no medical reason to quit. Since you have already avoided tea, alcohol, and smoking, you are already ahead of most people in your age group in terms of preventive health."
