Gave P500 syrup to my 4 year old.
My 4 year old girl had mild fever. I have given 3ml of P500 syrup to my child. Is it right dose or a bit more. If it is bit more, should i be worried. Only one time i gave this. Kindly provide your valuable suggestions.

It’s best to avoid keeping high concentration formations. That said, paracetamol drops variants come in the same concentrations, but come with a dropper .
You have given 300 mg which is generally given for a 20 kg child.
It shouldn’t harm your child much if given only once.
Next time give the dose according to the weight
