Gastritis of the body due to Hpylori

Hai doctor , Last 4months am in medication for Hyplori and gastritis issues , Last month I was doing little fine , past 10days am having nauseous and heartburn , if we switch to other natural treatments like acupuncture will I get any side effects ? how can I cure my gastritis problem as am having 1.5year old toddler it's very difficult for me to go out for an public places because of this nauseous .kindly help me about which medicines can relief this problem ?

Eradication of H.pylori infection after completion of treatment has to be confirmed by endoscopy +/- biopsy as your symptoms have recurred. If the test is till positive, then the treatment regimen has to be upgraded
