Gastritis and hiatal hernia
I am suffering from gastritis and hiatal hernia. It was diagnosed in endoscopy test. Also, having bloating and discomfort in abdomen. Appetite is not good.

Hi Hiatus leads to reflux symptoms and decrease appetite. Plz avoid oily And spice foods,  coffee,  chocolate Complete meal 2 hours before meal Continue PPI AND PROKINETIC
