Gastritis and GERD
I have been suffering from GERD and chronic gastritis. Taking PPI from 15 days and still my stomach ache daily. Throat is also dry and sore throat from 4 months. Kindly help

Change your dietary habits, take proper exercise, take food 2 hours before sleep, take early sleep, take ppi along with antacid syrup.

Your sore throat is likely due to the GERD.only PPIs may not help.adding antacids and making lifestyle changes can help.
Tupically drugs take about 4 to 6 weeks for major relief

Please follow a routine for meals and sleeping time.
Have your dinner atleast 2 hours befor going to sleep.
Keep your self well hydrated
Do warm water and salt gargling
Monitor your BP and sugar
