Hello I have so much gastric problem
1 In my childhood when I play in summer or Go outside in summer sometimes I feel I have stomach pain and feel relax after empyting bowel
2 Nowadays after eating fast food or spicy food I feel gastric and pain ,it is happening in my stomach suddenly not every time
3 when I have gastric problem I feel sleepy and lazy and if it happens in peak of summer I feel frustrated
