I m 30 week pregnant gestational diabetes is diagnosed Nw I m having controlled diet..dr suggested me 3 unit insulin thrice a day.bt my sugar fasting some tymes 100..sme tymes 115...today it was 110..I took 1 cup f sugarless tea n 4 biscuits it becomes 170..after 2 hours i took half bowl f sprout n one small apple..again checked it after  hours it was 72...I dnt understand y it is fluctuating too much .wat should i do

Glycaemic fluctuations are common in the last trimester. Follow medical nutrition therapy. Take fixed quantity of carbs daily. Check sugars on daily basis . Based on that need titartion of insulin doses
