Gas issues
My father , 76 years age is facing gas problems since a long time. Height is 6 ft and weight around 90 kilos , not fat. Few years back we did all the necessary test , including colonoscopy , all the were test were normal. He says that their is no pain but discomfort due to gas. In the evening post 8pm he starts burping. His motion gets cleared in 3/4 times in a day. He takes blood pressure , prostate gland ( was recently diagnosed with enlarged prostate gland , Grade 2 size , 40 GM ). Had by pass heart surgery around 16 years ago, for that he takes a blood thinner. He is always lethargic. Wants to sleep always. Is he suffering from Celiac Disease?

1) He needs few basic investigations as you had them Few Years back. 2) For the elderly , who does not walk , this is common. 3) Duphalac 20 ml. at bed time may help him. 4) Don't give him milk in any form , including tea  ,with breakfast cereals etc. These are stop-gap measures.
