Gas and acidity
I am 68 years old female suffering from diabetes for last 25 years. I want to get rid of gastric problem which may cause due to diabetes medicine which neither I can avoid or stop . I don't take oily or spicy food no junk , sugary food also I am a rice eater . Now I want to start ayurvedic medicine for my gastritis.I need your help for that .

First you have to explain what kind of gastric problems you are facing in detail!!! Diabetes and its complications  can be totally controlled by AYURVEDA medicine! Diabetic patients are prone to digestive issues as there is too much kleda( Impurified kaph ) in their body! Consult first

You can take cumin seeds 1 spoon 3 times a day. Tell details if symptoms of gastritis so that I can guide about medicines.

My advice would be honey...take 1tablespoon of organic honey twice a day (avoid hot food/liquid during intake of honey for 5- 10 mins)
