Garmi in stool, urine
I am feeling inflammation in rectum, urinary tract, and penis, warm/ irritable stools, urine with weak erections. Sometimes I feel slight pain/stress in testicle. Low volume of semen.
Recently I have got blood test report.
Uric acid is 7.8, fructosamine is 298.
Vitamin D 10. Platelet volume and distribution width is 13.5 and 18.6 respectively ( little higher than range)

Triglycerides 210
Please suggest what to do.
